I know they are a rival, but is anyone pulling for the Lobos?
I'm definitely hoping Longview brings it home. Carthage too. Chapel Hill Looks like Harmony has a chance as well.
I love seeing East Texas doing well.

MOST DEFINITELY pulling for the Lobos.
Outside of my Mavericks...there isn't another team I've attended more playoff games than Longview. My dad and I have been supporting the Lobos since the late 80's/early 90's.
While I always desire to beat them....I've always wish them well outside of our game.
In fact...I've come to be very good friends with some die-hard Lobo fans...and have attended many of their games with them.
Unfortunately...there's some ugliness in some of their fanbase. Some of them accused me of bluffing my support and actually pulling for them to lose.... which is strange. I could have sat at home and cheered for the other team. But to get up early... drive many hours....sit in the cold... sit in the rain....occasionally sit in the COLD AND RAIN.... to pull for the other team is just ludicrous to me.
It kinda sucked all the fun out of it for me. And I really hate that. But it's hard to have a good time when you feel like people are giving you side eye for even being there....
I have a friend's graduation to attend this weekend anyhow.
But I'll be keeping up online.
