The Dragons are coming off of a disappointing (1-9) season in which they were picked to be a playoff team.
A new coach and a new attitude (along with a new look Dragon Stadium) enter in 2023 with high hopes.
Nac is returning some talent from last season, but they will have their hands full against the perennial winners from Palestine.
This is a big test for the Dragons as they prepare for the likes of Lufkin, Texas High, and Marshall.

Nac got punched in the mouth in this one last year. By the time they woke up it was too late and Palestine closed it out. Nac is once again learning a new system while Palestine is looking to establish themselves as a playoff contender. This game should be competitive. I believe Nac can pull it out. It all depends on if they buy in to House and his system.

Nac changes coaches more than they change cleats and that means you can't build a winner
