I can't believe there hasn't been any opposition to the bond like there was to the last one. People that support the bond need to be proactive and getting out and voting. Those that oppose it will show up in huge numbers without being motivated. We have to make sure the yes people far outnumber the no people.

I agree 100%
I think the opposition is being quiet so the yes vote is lulled into thinking it will pass easily…. Making the yes vote stay home when the no vote will show up loud and proud.

You are a fool if you thnk there's not any opposition to this bond. They just aren't making any noise like they were on the other one. They will show up at ballot. Everyone that supports it needs to make sure they get out and vote so it doesn't get shot down by a silent minority.

My money says the bond fails because everyone thinks it's going to pass easy.

I have faith in the good people of Marshall doing the right thing....just like they did before.
How many school districts in the state can say they have ALL NEW SCHOOLS K-8 and a major renovation to their flagship? It's something to be proud of...and it changes things for SEVERAL generations of Mavericks.

I think some people are fooled into thinking no one is going to vote no on this bond because there hasn't been a huge effort against it. Folks in Longview thought the same thing and their bond lost by a landslide.
If you support this bond, then we need everyone to vote and take friends and family to vote with them.

Everyone I know is voting no. What happens then? Do they try again in a few months or do they just let it go?
