I know that there many things that happen over the course of a season that will effect the final outcome, but I'm all in on this Maverick football team. Anyone who really knows these kids, and the current coaching staff knows that this team is poised to do something very special. Contrary to popular belief,I believe that this team will hit the ground rolling in mid-season form. Unlike most, I will not be cautious, nor reserved in my prediction of the outcome of the Marshall/Tyler football game. Marshall no only win, but by at least 3 scores That's my belief, and I'm sticking with it.

Yeah, that's what my cousins in Longview, and Tyler told me. I'll tell you the same thing I told them. That's my prediction, and I'm sticking with it. One things for sure, we'll see if you still fill the same way after the game. Then we'll talk about the next game.

Yes sir 100! If we lose to Tyler I will own it 100%. If you want to know the truth, I'm being conservative, and giving Tyler the benefit of the doubt (3 scores), just because they are Tyler. If you are not careful it could get ugly in a hurry. No, I don't smoke crack, but I am a little "punch drunk" off this "Red Kool Aid" that I'm drinking. After we finish with Tyler, I believe that you'll realize that you have more to be concerned with than the outcome of the Carthage game. After week #2, I'm going to see if you want a sip of this "BIG RED KOOL AID" that I'm drinking. In fact, I won't be hard to find. The Lord will, I'll be in Tyler for the scrimmage, and at all the remaining games for the rest of the season.

I think we will be competitive in this game. A possible win is dependent on QB, and O-line play. The team that wins the turnover battle will win the game.
